COVID-19 Health Statement

Important Update From Willowbank Resort
as of May 28, 2020

We are continuing to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely as it develops.

Due to the Bermuda Airport being closed and the uncertainty on when the airlines will be resuming flights to Bermuda, Willowbank Resort has extended our temporary closure until Wednesday July, 1 2020. If you are due to travel before the 1st July 2020, please email with your booking reference, date of departure and your preferred new travel dates as soon as possible. Our team will then get in touch with you to rebook your holiday.

Bermuda is closely monitoring the global developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) through the World Health Organization (WHO) and with our regional public health partners – Public Health EnglandPan-American Health Organization and Caribbean Public Health Agency. The Bermuda Government has introduced a phased approach to reopening services. Bermuda as of May 2, 2020 is in Phase One. The airport, hotel and restaurant reopening is Phase Four. There isn’t a specified date schedule for each Phase as it will be determined by Bermuda meeting the standards and guidelines set in place by the above governing bodies. However we will update this blog every two weeks, to keep all informed.
